How I Lead
Product

Fifteen years across regulated environments taught me that the best product decisions are the ones your team, your stakeholders, and your customers can all see clearly.

01 Build trust before asking for alignment.
02 Make prioritization transparent and collaborative.
03 Let data inform decisions while recognizing business nuance.
04 Give engineers ownership of technical excellence.
05 Measure success by customer outcomes, not feature output.

NCM Enterprise Platform Operating System (EOS)

✦ Try EOS Live

Why I Built It

Modern enterprises often manage Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms, and AI initiatives independently — each with its own governance model, vendor relationship, and executive reporting. I built EOS to give platform leaders a single operating model for governance, modernization, FinOps, and executive decision-making across all of them.

What It Demonstrates

A1 · Leadership — Lead, coach, build bench and succession, foster ownership and technical excellence
A2 · Strategy — Multi-year roadmap, platform investments, governance and intake, performance visibility
A3 · Delivery — End-to-end delivery, vendor relationships, KPIs and incident trends, release and change readiness
A4 · AI & Automation — Enterprise AI approach, use case pipeline, governance and compliance, responsible adoption
A5 · Collaboration — Partner with business, translate strategy to decisions, trusted technology partner

Capabilities

  • Executive platform governance across multiple enterprise platforms in one operating model
  • AI governance and FinOps integrated directly into operational decision-making — not bolted on
  • Enterprise health assessments with executive scorecards and trend tracking
  • 90-day modernization and onboarding playbooks for new platform leaders
  • Automated executive reporting and leadership dashboards with PPTX generation
  • Product thinking translated into a working operational system

Why it matters: EOS demonstrates how I approach enterprise platform leadership — not just as a product manager, but as someone who creates operating models that help organizations modernize, govern AI responsibly, and make better executive decisions at scale.

Technology

  • Cloudflare Workers — serverless edge deployment, globally distributed
  • Cloudflare KV — persistent key-value storage for platform state
  • JavaScript — full-stack implementation, no framework dependencies
  • PPTX Generation — automated executive report creation from live platform data

FinOps Studio — Multi-Platform AI Cost Governance

✦ Try FinOps Studio Live

Why I Built It

AI spend crossed a threshold most organizations weren't governance-ready for — multiple LLM vendors, multiple teams, no single source of truth on cost, usage, or efficiency. Finance sees a bill; platform leaders see a black box. I built FinOps Studio to give both a shared, governed view: real cost visibility, forecasting, and unit economics across every AI vendor in the stack, not just one.

What It Demonstrates

Cross-vendor governance — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, and Cursor unified in one cost model
Forecasting discipline — spend trajectory modeling before it becomes a budget surprise
Unit economics — cost-per-outcome, not just cost-per-token
Executive accountability — leadership-ready reporting, not raw usage dashboards

Capabilities

  • Unified cost governance across Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor, and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, Copilot)
  • Alerts and forecasting to catch spend trajectory before month-end
  • Unit economics modeling connecting AI spend to business outcomes
  • Sustainability and efficiency scoring built into the cost model, not bolted on after
  • CSV export and leadership reporting decks, with a 30/60/90 governance Kanban for rollout tracking

Why it matters: FinOps Studio demonstrates hands-on AI cost governance leadership — the exact discipline organizations need as multi-LLM adoption accelerates and finance starts asking platform teams to defend the number.

Technology

  • React — component-driven front end for real-time cost dashboards
  • Neon Postgres — serverless relational database for spend and usage records
  • Vercel — production deployment and edge delivery

Product Thinking Growth Console

Executive Summary

The Product Thinking Growth Console translates the NCM product framework into a measurable operational intelligence system. Instead of treating product judgment as static documentation, the console structures discovery, prioritization, scoring, recommendations, and iteration into one executive-ready workspace.

The Problem

Product and operations teams in fintech and regulated environments often make high-impact decisions across fragmented artifacts: roadmaps, meeting notes, KPI dashboards, risk conversations, customer feedback, and delivery backlogs. The result is not a lack of strategy — it is a lack of operating telemetry that connects strategy to measurable product movement.

The Solution

  • Product Thinking Growth workspace to organize hypotheses, experiments, product decisions, and leadership-ready narratives
  • Telemetry-driven scoring to evaluate signal strength, adoption movement, friction, risk, and iteration maturity
  • Recommendation workflows that propose next actions without removing human judgment or decision rights
  • Measure + Iteration workspaces that connect product decisions to observable outcomes over time

Operating Model

Signal Capture — Product, customer, operations, and delivery signals organized
Scoring — Telemetry creates a measurable view of priority, friction, and risk
Recommendation — AI proposes next-best actions and decision options
Human Review — Product leaders validate context and business judgment
Iteration — Measure loops confirm whether decisions improved the outcome

Positioning: AI does not own the decision. The console makes product thinking measurable, repeatable, and visible.

Five9 Call Center Integration for Loan Origination Platform

Executive Summary

Designed and delivered a real-time integration between Five9's cloud call-center platform and a home-grown loan origination system — transforming voice calls from isolated support interactions into fully connected financial workflow events.

Key Initiatives

1. Embedded Call Panel in the Loan Platform

Native call management interface directly inside the LOS — incoming call pop-ups, one-click call controls, live loan details, and inline notes stored to the loan record.

Impact: Eliminated system switching for agents entirely.

2. Automatic Call-to-Loan Linking

Every call produced a structured record automatically — Loan ID, Borrower ID, Agent ID, Timestamp, Call type, and Outcome.

Impact: Complete interaction history per loan, without manual data entry.

3. Compliance and Audit Trail Engine

Structured call metadata in a queryable format designed for regulatory review.

Impact: Simplified regulatory audits and reduced compliance team effort per review cycle.

Idea Capture — Voice to Structured Document

✦ Try Idea Capture Live

What It Does

Idea Capture removes the friction between having an idea and having a document. Speak for up to 10 minutes — stream of consciousness, half-formed thoughts, rough framing — and Claude organizes it into a clean, structured artifact you can download and share immediately.

The Problem It Solves

The best ideas often happen in motion — in a car, between meetings, on a walk. By the time you open a document, the energy is gone. Idea Capture meets you where the idea is: your voice.

Speak — Record up to 10 minutes directly in the browser. No app, no login.
Submit — Claude receives your transcript and organizes your thoughts into structured sections.
Download — A clean document appears within 10–20 seconds, ready to share or develop further.

Core principle: AI should reduce the distance between insight and artifact — not add steps. This tool demonstrates that philosophy in the simplest possible form.

Technology

  • Cloudflare Workers — serverless edge deployment, zero cold starts
  • Claude API — real AI organizing and structuring spoken content
  • Browser Speech API — no native app required, works in the browser
  • Serverless architecture — scales to any volume without infrastructure management
